Forgot Password

Resetting your forgotten password is a two step process. Please follow the instructions below.

This function is for Employer accounts only.  If you are a student, you must reset your password in MyInfo.  If you require additional assistance, please contact the Student Success Centre at ssc@lakeheadu.ca or (807) 343-8018 / (705) 330-4008 x 8018.

Step 1. Email reset password link.

Please enter your Login ID below and click on "Email Reset Password Link". A link will be emailed to the email address associated with your account
