To reset your password, follow the instructions below:

This function is for Employer accounts only.  If you are a student, you must reset your password in MyInfo.  If you require additional assistance, please contact the Student Success Centre at ssc@lakeheadu.ca or (807) 343-8018 / (705) 330-4008 x 8018.

Enter the login you use for this site and click on the Send Password Reset button. A link will be sent to the email address associated with your account within the next few minutes.
